No. The memory graph, pattern nodes, and session extractions are stored only on your device. Identifiers are removed on-device, through two independent checks, before any content is processed — Noetica's servers never receive or store patient information.

Does Noetica work without an internet connection?
Processing a note requires a connection — every therapist gets the same full-strength model, with no lighter local fallback that would mean weaker output. The only steps that always run on your device, connection or not, are identifier removal and dictation transcription, since patient audio and raw text should never leave your machine unprocessed.
Is Noetica HIPAA compliant?
Yes. A signed BAA is included. Because identifiers are removed on-device before anything reaches our servers, the architecture reduces exposure beyond what a policy alone can guarantee.
What does the pre-session briefing contain?
